Jessica and Sarasota Insurance Group helped me find a carrier and policy that best fit my needs. She was extremely informative and helpful and took extra time to answer all my questions about my policy, and made the entire process seamless for me. I would recommend her and her team to anybody!!!

We had a rough start but Jessica worked through it with us and took full responsibility for delays, in spite of our rough start we did not find anyone else with the knowledge and options she could offer us. It's not the problems but how you resolve them that define you and Jessica has restored our faith and we will continue with the Sarasota Ins Group. Jessica Pendry and her team, especially Lindsey Evans are always happy to help with Auto or Home Insurance. I have been a client of this group for many years, and they always look for the best insurance rates for my coverage. Always pleasant and knowledgeable.

Great at selling you a policy, not great at servicing the policy. Stopped communication no returned calls or emails we had requested additional coverage, was promised quotes and never heard from Jessica again. Had to call Citizens to have our policy transferred to another agency . Really poor customer service. Reported to Citizens and Florida Ins Bureau. Looks like there are a lot of reviews like this one.😡

I would like to thank Jessica P, for getting me Insurance with a great rate and fast, as I was in a middle of a refi and my previous Ins Co decided at the last minute not to renew my old policy of 11yrs. She went out of her way above and beyond to write a policy faster and more efficiently than the last company I had tried. She is amazing and I truly recommend her and this company.
