Sandy Reinsch: Allstate Insurance

Its been over 8 MONTHS since we had our house damaged by a fire. I STILL have a hole in my roof. I can't get a single call back from anyone at this company. They do not fallow the law on policy holders. They never finish your claims, or will deny it outright even without having an agent see or speak to you. By far one of the worst experiences of my life and I am still going through it. I urge you NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY

The response from Allstate was very quick. I liked that. The dealership that I thought would handle my case was very diplomatic every time I dealt with them during the time they were supposed to be repairing my motorcycle, but they were painfully slow. They definitely overcharge on hourly shop fees. I will avoid them from now on. Allstate, you get an A+ for swiftly responding after every communication we had. The dealership gets an F for charging so much for so little, and taking for ever to do it.

My husband and I had Allstate some years back and left when the rates went up. I am so happy we chose to go with Sandy's Agency. The gals are friendly, prompt and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Each All State company is privately owned. I had it through Washington State for years and was treated very well! My experience with this office was horrid!! I was quoted at a monthly payment of $108. I said that’s a lot lower than my previous quote. He said, “That guy must have done something wrong”. No, it was Emanuel who was wrong. They put in a multiple policy discount to lower the rate. Didn’t ask about adding renters insurance or any other policy. So I paid the $108 for 3 months, then my bill went to $149. Because the multiple policy discount fell off (which I had no idea was on there). Sandy was short and didn’t seem to want to take the time to fix anything. Long story short, I’m now with a new insurance company. Honest is the best policy!! Not a good way to do business!!
