My wife and I made an appointment with the notary, Nicole, to notarize our wills. The appointment was set for 1pm. We arrived with our witnesses at that time and were greeted with a sign on the door saying the office would be closed from 1pm until Monday. We were given no notice of this. This was incredibly unprofessional and downright rude. We will never use this agency for anything.
