My bill got messed up every time there was change, i would call and ask about changes it would be hit with well did you read the email even though there was no email sent to me for some of the changes. Double charge me for expensive payments and change my due date without telling me the real reasons. Then when i call and ask why my auto pay never took out the payments and why am i getting double charge for something i didn’t do but also get an extra 50 dollar fee for being late even though i never turned off auto pay and had money in my account it never pulled because someone messed up my billing dates then it’s oh we got a new system and combining due dates but look again and due dates separated again. Great team that has a lot of experience and is very helpful. Sammy and his team work really hard to take care of every customer and meet their needs. The office is really nice and conveniently located close to Bobby Jones Expressway and the Augusta mall. Stop in for a quote and a first-class experience.

Dealt with Sammy directly. Expressed concerns and month after month he said that corporate was working it on the back end. After this month he finally responded with "who's this? Let me pull up your file. No you're wrong, that's not how it is." He asks after every time we got off the phone for a 5 star review. Beware on how many were just clicks, vs. actual recommendations/reviews.
