Well, I was looking for new insurance and had an independent insurance agent in the past who was also very good but I had seperate policies for my classic car and motorcycles. I was also looking for a good deal, simplicity and all in one along with a good digital interface. I was also tired of switching policies every once in a while. Max reached out to me via phone while I was actually looking at other carriers. He was a very impressionable, nice, kind, patient, knowledgeable and funny guy.
