Sal Vacchiano: Allstate Insurance

Called My Allstate office today to get some information on my auto policy. I spoke to Justin Morrison. He went over my auto policy, looked into some changes for me. Suggested some really good changes put me into a great program and saved me a lot of money. Very enjoyable experience! Justin knows his job! Very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and sincere. He is a great employee to Allstate Personal thank you Justin! You're great!

This agent is not to be trusted. Had homeowners insurance with them, got new insurance with someone else. My new agent contacted Sal via email to cancel my policy. Sal claimed that the paperwork wasn't properly done but yet it showed my cancellation. Sal put me on collections. I had to report them to the Insurance Commissioner. Thanks to the Commissioner I didn't have to pay Allstate for anything. Sal is a liar and a hypocrite.

I have been impressed with the support and guidance we received when we reported that our car, parked and unattended in front of out garage, was hit and damaged. From my first call to our Allstate Agent Sal Vacchiano’s office we were guided how to process the claim and have our car repaired. Happy with how Allstate kept us informed throughout the process. Our car is being repaired at Concelli collusion center and we are also pleased with their service and partnership with Allstate throughout this process
