Ms Johnica was extremely professional, kind, and helpful in getting my homeowners insurance reinstated. My policy was cancelled and I failed to notice thinking it was being auto drafted as always. My local agent connected me with Johnica and stayed on the phone until our call was initiated. My local agent, Brooke, was short with me prior to connecting the call. While she was still on the call, she whispered sarcastic remarks several times, not realizing I could hear her. I didn’t address it with her at the time, but I didn’t appreciate it. By contrast, Ms Johnica was very patient and kind. I did appreciate her very much.
I have never had a problem with this homeowner's insurance. I was going to change companies because I wanted to bundle with my car insurance but thank goodness I had an end date of a few weeks away from SageSure. The new company informed me by mail that my address did not qualify for coverage so I had to scramble to make sure I didn't lose coverage. I was so happy with the help the representative from SageSure gave me. She made sure everything was in order with my policy. I was on hold and she kept returning stating she was making sure everything was correct and removing my cancellation would go through without any problems. I don't think I'll try to change coverage anymore since I cannot find a better price than the one they gave me.
This company overcharged me by over $9k. I closed on my house and they were supposed to send the money I was overcharged back in December. It's not March and I still don't have it back. They sent it to the wrong address twice after I gave them a new address. Then they said they sent it to the correct address but after 3 weeks I still don't have it and they can't provide a tracking number. There is no solution, just "I'm sorry ma'am well I'll take a look into it and see if we have to send another check." There's no one that knows what they're doing, I keep getting the run around when I was overcharged in the first place. They don't care they owe me $9k of my own money they overcharged, it's been over 3 months and I still don't have it. Agents are short and rude when I ask them and say that'
Carrie was amazing to speak with and helped me out tremendously. Due to having a last minute, unexpected knee surgery, funds were tight and she was able to 1) help me with my payment and 2) get my due date fixed to the first of the month. I know things happen and we have to just pick up and move on, but when sweet ladies like this try and help out in situations, it truly makes you feel blessed that there are amazing people in this world still.
Don't use this bad faith insurance company. We had a professional home inspection done and our guy physically went up on the roof to point out what needed to be fixed. We had everything fixed and the re-inspection cleared with satisfactory. After getting SageScam, they had some shady looking guy come out in a private vehicle. My security cameras caught him walking around my house with a selfie stick and his phone taking pictures. He never did any inspection, other than take pictures. After that SageScam told me we needed a new roof, which was mind blowing to me, because my licensed contractor told me it was good for at least 10 more years. I requested SageScam to do a re-inspection with my contractor present, because I believe this inspection was done in bad faith. They declined the reques
