Safety Insurance

This is my second review of Safety Insurance. I would give them 0 stars for the havoc that they've put me through. I mailed in a check for my auto policy payment and it wasn't received in time and my policy was cancelled. I spoke to a representative and they insisted that my premium was cancelled and there was no hope of reinstatement. I decided to put a stop payment on the check because I waited for over 2 months for a refund on a different policy. I went in my portal and my payment was received and my policy was reinstated. I immediately made a larger payment on 1/11 to cover the payment that would be returned. It was returned on 1/13 and now Safety cancelled my policy again. They refuse to keep my reinstatement, even though I thoroughly explained my situation prior to you the reinstatem

If I could put 0 stars I would. They don't take accountability for their own mistakes which means you are then paying fees that are put on YOU because their systems don't work. For real. Do not use this insurance. You're better off with a big name insurance company.

0star If I can put it The worst insurance there can be, if you owe the first month they want to cancel your policy, sometimes they cancel without confirming it, they don't pay if your car has an accident you have to find a good lawyer. if you call customer service they have an attitude they talk to you badly. THIS INSURANCE IS CRAP STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY INSURANCE!!
