The process was quick and easy. My service provider was kind and respectful. Serge was easy to talk to, he made me feel at peace during the process. At no time did I feel pressured or coerced and he guided me to a great plan that fits my budget.

I would give “0” stars if it was an option. The sales agent gives you a song and dance that’s very believable and should always remember if it sounds to good to be true go with your gut. So they quickly take your application fee ( amount of your monthly premium you’ve been quoted ) and charge your card before your even sure you want the plan but you want to see if you are accepted. I have a preexisting condition and it will never be covered by this plan. I called , emailed and text the company within 8 hours of my application notifying them I wish to cancel my application and need a refund. It beens 5 days and no response from anyone. Beware and be careful Add on : the reply from company says to do what i’ve been doing multiple times a day with NO action or response. So

Douglas was so kind and informative! He took the time to, not only find plans best suited for me, but, to also explain them and answer all of my questions. He is a truly wonderful person who really cares for his clients! When we spoke, it was like talking to an old friend, which really made the situation a great experience for me. He helped me through the entire process and took the time to make sure everything is correct and assured me that if I had more questions then I could always reach out. I saw their ad on Facebook and almost scrolled past it. I’m glad I didn’t. The nice agent explained how private plans work compared to ACA, and everything checked out. I verified my coverage directly with the provider and have had zero issues since. This company will take the time to understand and find something that really fits!
