He broke down my policy and explained it more clearly and was patient and willing to change anything. He made sure if I had questions there was an answer. I love Safe Harbor Insurance. I've been using them for years. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. They do a yearly audit on your accounts to see if you may qualify for a lower premium with the same coverage. They are always right on the ball!
