Avoid this place. Their follow up and responsiveness is terrible. I needed to switch policies because of a rate hike. I called 3 months before my policy was due for renewal and was told they would put a note in the system to call me 30 days before the renewal....15 days before renewal no call yet so I call them. They tell me someone will call me back. Then 1 week before renewal I call again "Someone will call me back" again no call back. Then 3 days before the policy renewal I call telling them I am switching agencies and finally Diana gets on the phone and gets me a new policy. I ask if there is anything I need to do to cancel my old policy so they don't auto debit the renewal deposit...."Nothing to worry about Mr Modico we will take care of it nothing to do on your end"........it

You want to support local business and I personally want to give them the business. Numerous phone calls and no return calls when my simple request is to review my condo policy which expires 6/30. Today I am calling other agencies. Not being receptive to reviewing policy. Imagine their NON-response during hurricane season.
