ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND WISH I CAN GIVE 0 STARS PLEASE READ !!! THEY HAVE BEEN MAKING DUMB EXCUSES TRYING TO GET OUT OF PAYING ME FOR MY CAR FOR 4 MONTHS NOW WITH CLEAR EVIDENCE THAT I WAS THE ONE HIT AND NOT DOING THEIR JOBS BY CALLING THE OFFICER WHO DID THE REPORT LIKE HE TOLD ME TO TELL THEM TO DO AND EVEN HAND DREW THE STOP SIGN AND WROTE HIS INFORMATION FOR THEM BECAUSE ITS AN AI GENERATED PICTURE WITH THE STOP SIGN IN THE WRONG PLACE THAT HE CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT AND PLUS THE OTHER PEOPLE LIED ABOUT THE WHOLE ACCIDENT ! FIRST THEY TELL ME TO GO TAKE PICTURES OF WHERE IT HAPPENED AND I DID THAT WITH A WIDE ANGLE LENS, THEN SAY THEY NEED A PANORAMIC PHOTO LIKE ON GOOGLE MAPS BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T FIND IT ON GOOGLE MAPS AND I SEND PICTURES OF THE EXACT PLACE ON GOOGLE MAPS PROVING THAT

This company needs to be canceled immediately! They don’t tell you about extra charges and when you ask them about it they basically tell you that you have no choice but to pay it or get lost!! Do not get insurance through GEICO I promise you’ll regret it. They’re horrible and do not care about helping their customers at all. I wasn’t warned that my policy rate would change before they changed the policy and I was told there’s nothing they can do about it! Even the MANAGER said I wasn’t properly informed and he still did nothing. Worst treatment I’ve ever received!

Cody was awesome setting me up quick and saving me money. Update 2-4-21 I added a policy and home insurance. These guys are wonderful!! Luke at the canton location is beyond professional. You can tell he enjoys his job, takes pleasure in serving his customers. He explained to me in great detail everything I asked regarding my policies. I highly recommend Geico you won’t be disappointed.

I worked with Amanda on getting set up. She was a pleasure to work with and made the process very smooth and easy. Extremely helpful and friendly. I had been researching a lot of different car insurance prices and it was pretty mentally draining. Her attitude was refreshing and that in and of itself was part of the reason I chose GEICO.
