This is long overdue….. someone hit my car back in December.. and I did not know what to do, and I called the office and spoke to Tracy. She was very helpful and informative as to what I should do and what I need. I spoke to Tracy several times and she called me a number of times with information and follow-up on the status of the claim. Tracy was very helpful.
