I called Thursday to get a quote for home and two autos. Victoria answered, she was the most sweetest person to speak with. She treated me like a friend and not just a customer. She was very empathetic and understanding and actually listened to me. She was very patient with me and didn't rush me off the phone. She was able to run quotes right then and not just get my information to call me later. She was able to get me way more coverage on both vehicles and my home and it is cheaper than what I was paying with my current insurance who offered way less. I did my research on places to call, reviews are everything. This State Farm lives up to their Google reviews. If you read the reviews you will see Victoria's name mentioned throughout them and I see why. She was just an amazing person
