If I could give more stars I would. Unfortunately I encountered a scammer setting up my policy, and my policy was compromised. I had spoken to serveral agents over the phone. Not only was I not satisfied with the way I was treated by a few of them, I also wasn't satisfied with their solution to my issue. Going in person was my last resort before I went with another insurance provider. Sales agent Chase P. Assistance was excellent. He listened, and explained what happened and then went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Most importantly I was treated with respect. I am so happy I stopped into this location.

They covered a false claim with an incorrect police report and did not even read the police report. This has been ongoing for two months now and now have added a driver to my policy whom I've never even heard of and told me its not there problem. The people that work in the Winter Haven office are only sales people. They can't actually help. Yet they can pay out a fraudulent claim. Would highly discourage anyone from switching to Geico.

Recently relocated went into the geico office and met with Chase . He was excellent from start to finish answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of . Thanks again !!
