Ryan Bishop: Allstate Insurance

We had last summer a House inspection. The first meeting, we had with Gabriel, what we must do. After an hour i stopped because he didn’t really know the answer, or what to do. I told him, find out what we must do and send me an E-Mail. One month later still no answer. We made an appointment with Ryan. He explained all what we must change. We made it and sent all pictures and invoice by E-Mail. Then one week later we got a Letter from Allstate, stating they don’t renew our insurance. We tried to call him, but he didn’t answer. In the evening Tori called us and then we sent it all to her. Two Days later we got the ok, that they renew our insurance. Tori, I would give 10 Stars and Ryan and Gabriel zero stars. We have now another insurance.

The local people are always courteous but when I notified them of my changing to a different insurance company, they did not immediately make those changes in their system. They did for the home policy but not for the auto and I can tell they are going to withdraw the money for the next six months from my account in spite of my giving them several weeks notice. I AM FURIOUS ABOUT THIS.

I gave them a 2-star cause if you can get a hold of anyone but Micheal Lopez on the phone its actually not a bad place. I have never felt with someone that is so rude over the phone and talks so harshly to their clients. As I’m asking questions and can’t even get the full question out before he cuts me off to start talking over me then to tell me I’m lying to him. Sorry Micheal I didn’t receive the papers in my mail. No need to be so mean!!! This place has really gone down hill in the customer service part since Ashley left. Mostly at a place of business where there are many other places to get insurance from. Hopefully, Ryan Bishop will see this and reach out cause my husband and I have called to talk to him since this incident and Micheal keeps answering the phone and telling us he’s not

Tanner was terrible to work with. Veiled threats, talked over me, did not listen and made my mom cry. Will change agencies. Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced recently.

I am living in Australia, but needed to take out auto insurance for my daughter who is now studying in the US. Krisja was amazing as she took me through how the US insurance worked and went above and beyond in her service. Even with the 15 hour time difference, she was always very quick to get back to me with answers to my many questions, and I am extremely happy with the policy that my daughter now has.
