Rusty Rayborn - State Farm Insurance Agent

I own a business and this insurance company is so uneducated and ignorant to business insurance needs that they simply shouldn't offer it. Their knowledge of real world companies and their defined operations are limited and they simply don't understand the insurance terminology necessary to quote and keep an insurance policy active. They changed my coverage without clarifying and assumed what my business was doing. This cost me 2 months of operational capacity in 2023 and again they attempted to sabatoge my business in march of 2025. When I canceled all the policies but my mortgage insurance, it also saw a 50% increase in rates just because they are petty. Don't do business with Rusty Rayburn. He reinforces the incompetence of his employees.

STATEFARM has always done me a good job until recently! In the process of repairing our camper, between the scrapyard and the repair shop, our couch was damaged and they refuse to address it. Mindful, this repair has been going on over a year. Be careful of the “Good Neighbor”!

A storm came two years ago and I did a claim on my house roof and I was insured by State Farm they refused to fix my roof and my roof is still not fix.They told me I had to come up with $16.000 thousands before they could do anything to my roof still not fix because of state farm insurance. I went of head and drop them. My deductible was $16.000 that's for a $300.000 dollar house my house is only 1900 square feet not 3,000 square feet it is so sad that state farm would write a policy like that they don't explain it to so you could make x the right decision ® and I have a DISABLED Child IN MY House.

State Farm refused to pay for wind damage from a tree falling on said it was not covered under a homeowners policy so wind damage hurricane damage and tornado damage is not covered then why would you have a homeowners policy? State Farm is taking your money and keeping it.

This lady is so kind and sweet. So very helpful and understanding. What a great person to deal with. If I lived in the area she would be the only agent I deal with. Many thanks to her!!!
