I just recently got commercial truck insurance with the russell agency. And it was really a pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful and really walked me through the entire process. I was referred to Russell Agency and it was exactly as my friend said it would be. Tim and his mom are very professional, pleasant, personable. informative and responsive. It was the best experience I have had dealing with the purchase of commercial insurance. Most companies/agencies just sell the product and are disengaged, however this is not the service you receive with the Russell Agency. I would definitely recommend them for your insurance needs.
