I have nothing but great things to say.. Everyone is always so helpful and kind.. you can really tell that they actually want was is best for you, when helping plan out which policy/policies would best be fitting for you and your family.. Troy is my agent and he is amazing.. Everyone in there is very helpful though... Just knowing that if we ever did have to file a claim they would be 100% helpful. That is definitely not the case with the majority of the insurance companies I have dealt with in the past.. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed..

Mr Florek runs a a very professional independent insurance agency and can meet just about all of your insurance needs. His staff is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Mr Hillis worked with my wife and I and saved us money on our home, auto, and umbrella insurance. The coverages are equal to and in some areas better than what we had. We have no doubt that when it comes time to renew he will run it through the multiple companies they represent. I strongly recommend Rugger Insurance Agency.
