My experience left me feeling like I was wasting their time. I was looking for an insurance agent to get insurance because I figured that's what they did. That's the whole point of finding someone in a specific field of work, because I already know I need help with the ins and outs of insurance, with their experience they could do their job and help me, the customer, get what I needed. I thought it was a common understanding of a business interaction. A win win situation. Once completed, you get paid for your services. Maybe they do the work for some other reason, since they don't like money. I'll never know, since they didn't help me. But, I'm ok with that, now.
