I have had the opportunity to work directly with Rudy Ortiz at Allsate over the past five years. I highly recommend him! He is professional, informed, prompt, and responsive. and, he has worked very hard on my behalf during some challenging years of insurance changes due to fire, flood, and climate.

I need to change my home insurance company. I googled for insurance agent nearby and contacted Mr Rudy Ortiz. I really like Rudy’s approach, clear questions and quick responses, with the quote done within 30 minutes as promised. I then drove to the office, made payment, and walked out with the documents. The Rudy Ortiz’s office is the place to go. Whether you just moved to Concord or California in general. You have to visit or call them coz they arw willing to help, guide and assist whatever your insurance needs. If I can give 10 stars to this office I would! I would recommend his office to whomever has insurance needs. Unfortunately, with what is going on in the state of California these days, price increases are out of the Agent's control. That includes all Insurance companies. For that reason, it is good to have Rudy Ortiz on your side.
