I've been a customer of Nation Wide for about 4 yrs. Any time I've had a problem I called the office and they took care of it immediately. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. I recently recommended to a friend to call for a quote and Nation Wide saved them almost 100 dollars compared to the company they had. Thank you Nation Wide!

As far as pricing their company is ok. However, document/record everything you do with these people. We had multiple issues with unprofessionalism and lack of communication, in the sense of setting up or cancelling a policy. I'd called in asking why something wasn't handle properly. The lady (Heidi) calm I never talk to her about setting a policy which, I did so because of that the policy was never started. My grandfather passed away I cancelled his auto/ home owners policy Nationwide calmed I never did that either. Keep in mind the auto policy was started but the not the home owner insurance. I was in the process of getting a new car and had to add and remove 2 cars and it was confusing and made my bill high then low then high and Jennifer went above and beyond to answer my emails.
