Ms. Yesenia is amazing, she always takes the time to listen to my needs, helps me whenever I have questions, and even follows up with a call to ensure everything is going as planned. She’s also reviewed my policy several times to make sure I’m still getting the best possible rate. Highly recommended!

In April 2024 I was looking for insurance quotes for my cars on the internet. I received many calls from many insurance companies. One of them was from Celina from State Farm de la Joya. She spoke very well to me and gave me a reasonable quote, compared to what I was paying before. I went to speak directly with Celina, and there she told me how much I was going to pay for my car insurance. I received the first payment as she told me from then on each month the figure was different. I tried to talk to Celina she was avoiding me every time I was calling her. I was very upset because nobody knew what was going on. I send her a message stating that I know is Sunday, but please Monday when you see the message can you call me.
