Has got to be the worst insurance EVER. Did a 9 month payment plan for my auto insurance and had it paid off. Then they decided I needed to add my sister to my car insurance (which I never agreed to because she was not driving nor my responsibility) and increased my policy by $1,000 and said if I didn’t pay it was against the law which btw is NOT true. Then when I told them to send me this law they couldn’t (because it doesn’t exist) and emailed me a pdf of another clients personal information. LITERALLY THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL. Save yourself don’t come here might as well be a scam than an actual company. Never got my money back for the rest of the policy year and after I got new insurance they still tried to demand payment. Filed a claim to the BBB to get rid of these money hungry mongrel

Had good service with them for some time. They incorrectly submitted my payment information for a policy and it got cancelled. I understand we are human and mistakes happen and continued business with them. Well there was an error with my payment again the following year. Insurance was cancelled once again and some time went by before the agent or myself noticed. They could no longer get me coverage and told me I had to go on some expensive state plan. I asked them to pay the difference between my original policy and the new one since they made the mistake, once again. The officer / owner as well as the manager told me there was nothing they were willing to do. If you want good service, integrity, and a company that will take care of their mistakes then RDA is not your business partner.

Worst place ever they will cancel your policy with our notice... And won't nodify you.. even though payments are automatically taken out... I don't recommend or trust them with insurancing a 🚳 bicycle.... They don't know how to help or do any paper work either about anything.. there all dumb and lazy people down here they don't know what there doing... If you ever have a problem or put in a claim they are never no help..DONT GO HERE...

I was denied coverage reasons were that I had to many lapses on my insurance. But when you have a second vehicle you shouldn't be at fault for letting a secondary vehicle go. With that said I went with Geigo it was cheaper and wasn't being sold for extra coverage I really didn't need. Perfect driving record but was instant of not opting in accident forgiveness. Geigo or Progressive only chose. See for yourself
