Royce Smith - State Farm Insurance Agent

I’ve been with State Farm for a long time and I’ve never experienced a problem until they started to get new people into the office that don’t know what they’re doing and don’t know how to talk to people and will lie on you in a quick minute. I wish there was some way I can post a video of the conversation and for people to hear how the young lady talk to me and then lied and told one of the guys that work at State Farm that I cursed her out. I wish I can post this video that I have so people can hear the conversation and see how insurance agencies can be liars too. but when I went to address the concern, I was asked a question. What do I want to accomplish really well I really want to accomplish is finding a new assurance company because I get pissed off every time I think about it.
