This agency has been excellent to work with. Lauren is always quick to respond when we need certificates or policy updates, and every team member I’ve interacted with has been consistently friendly and professional.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My experience with Roy Reeve Agency has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was in the process of buying a home in a 55+ retirement community and urgently needed affordable homeowner’s insurance. A friend referred me to Roy Reeve, and I spoke with Peter, who clearly struggled to understand basic details about the property. Despite a rocky start, he later called with good news—he found an affordable policy and we agreed to meet to finalize things. He never showed up for our meeting, and I ended up driving to their offices instead. When I got there, I met with Susan C., a manager at the agency who took over and confirmed the policy Peter provided was incorrect—wrong address and wrong coverage type. Susan said she’d fix it, but the price jumped from $75

We will no longer use Roy Reeve due to their unprofessional conduct and unacceptable behavior. Others should be aware of this before considering their services. Our experience with the company was marked by disrespectful communication from employees and an organizational culture that tolerates such behavior. The president of the company displayed ignorance and racist attitudes, which are completely unacceptable. Professionalism, respect, and inclusivity are critical in any business relationship, and Roy Reeve has failed on all fronts. I was very disappointed in the customer service here. I spoke to one of there agents in regards to my homeowners insurance policy, I wanted to make some changes and she told me I could not before even looking at what i was asking. Rather than explain things she gave me an attitude and tried to bloe me off by sayin: “how about I have the other agent call you back in 5 days.” She then proceeded to tell me that i signed a contract in regards to one of the subjects I asked her about which I did not and asked her to show it to me which she couldn’t. I informed her that my policy had nothing of that in nature and she couldn’t produce that but blew off my questions about it. She further continued to interrupt me and ended up hanging the phone up on me. Very disrespectful. I am changing my insura

My husband and I called to get an insurance policy for homeowners and Tom the owner was rude and disrespectful. When we were transferred to his office he picked up the phone asking who it was. When we told him who we were and we were referred to him his answer was “ yea and”. I said is that how you speak to new customers? He told us if we didn’t like his attitude we can go somewhere else. Which we did. When I called back to confront him on the phone and said I don’t like how he spoke to my husband that’s when the other staff laughed and thought it was a joke.
