We carry our auto insurance so called ot find out pricing for renters insurance while we are back in Oklahoma. She was short and direct. When she called back said some other company and the price was ridiculously high. I asked her if progressive had rental insurance and she told me "No they dont carry that type of coverage" Well when I called Progressive directly they said they did and didn't know why she told me that. We will be changing agents this week
