I am working on a claim for a elderly client of mine who has insurance through Rossell. I spoke to the owner Rich and asked him for information on my clients behalf. He refused to get my client on the phone for verification and called me a scam. Very unprofessional people at this office. I was only trying to help out my elderly client with her insurance claim. Rich had no sympathy for the way her insurance company was treating her. Horrible business person! Horrible company!

I am so pleased with my agent Amanda Clark. I had submitted a claim for roof replacement and ran into issues with the Claims Department. After I spoke to Amanda she got involved and I was contacted by a Claims Department manager and the issue was resolved in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend having Amanda Clark as your agent. She is always available to help out her clients. Very satisfied!

Customer service starts from your very first interaction. I'm not sure if there is some new staff, but the front desk gals were exceptionally pleasant and directed me to the appropriate agent. Working with Paige made the process of reassigning my insurance a breeze. She explained each of my policies and helped get everything squared away. I've since come back to her for my life insurance in addition to my rental and car policy. It's always a breath of fresh air when someone helps make a sometimes complicated process and simplifies it all with a warm approach. Thanks guys!
