Ross Olive - State Farm Insurance Agent

I’ve been with Ross Olive State Farm for over 20 years. The office staff (Bri, Alex, Ross, etc.) are always a pleasure to work with and respond quickly. I love that State Farm actually allows me to bundle car, motorcycle, renters, and life insurance, unlike other companies in the area. They also offer lots of discounts through various programs. I have shopped around and found that State Farm remains competitively priced!

Working with this office is a pleasure. They answer their phones and their staff is always helpful. I would like to recognize an employee at this office who is outstanding in customer service. I am so very fortunate to have her as my contact point. Her name is Yuni and she is absolutely the best agent I have ever worked with. I have been with state farm at "this" office since I was young. My mom always brought me with her in person to go over all the information. I always got to play with toys and learn about the finances. I very much appreciate that they will take the time to treat you with respect and humanity. I honestly couldn't remember what my policy was and just bought a new commuter car and had LOADS of what felt like stupid questions. Bri treated me well and had no problem answering every question in detail. State Farm at this office especially, represents their motto: like a good neighbor State Farm is there. Hands down, this office offers the best service that I have ever had from an insurance agent. Every time I call I get the impression that I have their full attention and they're ready to help in any way possible. They are prompt, professional and never judgmental I feel I can ask anything from them. Ross, Bri, Yuni and others are a pleasure to talk with and take their time to make sure all my concerns are met. I have never written a review before and I am 71 years old but the service here is just simply outstanding and they deserve recognition for their excellent work

I have found Ross Olive’s State Farm office to be very professional, friendly polite and save me a lot of money on auto insurance motorhome insurance and homeowners insurance.
