Only took a month for a human to respond to my requests. The automatic email response said 2 days. And when that didn’t work, I left a voice mail the first week of January. And then crickets……. Didn’t instill ANY confidence that I should hand over nearly $3 million to Rosemark. So two weeks ago I found someone else who cares enough to get back to me in a timely manner, take plenty of time to answer all my questions and when I put them to the test by calling them back 3 times over the past couple of weeks, I got a quick and timely reply.
The agent help me find a life insurance policy. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. I now have the correct policy for myself and my long term health condition. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much.
Pretty much the same as every other “agency” - staff is artificially kind. Would not recommend
