The customer service here is amazing, they shopped through several companies to find me the best rate. Came for the price, stayed for the service.

Friendly but not helpful. Sold me a policy for a vacant property we are trying to sell and it doesn't cover the damage to our home. When I contacted it took several calls to speak to the agent. He asked to have documentation sent to him and he would contact the insurance company. He did not. After calling several times and being told how busy they are they simply forwarded my email. He said he would look into it, if he did he certainly didn't help our case at all.

Extremely helpful staff member, even recommended restaurants nearby when asked. Sent us to another brokerage to check other prices. We ended up back here for the price and friendliness!
