After dealing with Progressive online for years the service has been nothing but Bar None here. Both Shannon and Ron helped me wonderfully, even at full capacity for their workload. Talk about people who work well under pressure! If you want to stay with Progressive or get a better rate this is your place!

Ive had service here awhile. The service was better under Miranda. Insurance is fine.

The employees here are always helpful and polite. They are knowledgeable and even take the time to help when the mistake was not theirs but the individual insurance company's. The building is clean and organized. Even though finding a parking space to park in can be annoying, I still prefer to go in.

It was time to renew my policy but I wanted to shop for new quotes. Clerk said she would call me back in a few hours with that information, which I did not get, so I called them back at 4:50pm. I was told by the same clerk that some other lady was “just about to call” me with that info. But then she contradicted herself when she said she was going to have the lady call me in the morning, cause they’ve been busy, then added she would inform the same lady that “I was looking for new quotes!” (So what the heck was the lady’s purpose in calling me if she didn’t know why?). Although I didn’t express it, I was a bit annoyed (and now w/o insurance). Next morning I, once again, waited on a call that never came, so I called back around 1:45pm!
