I would stay away from this office. After being transferred to Ron's office after my previous agent retired, I have had nothing but problems. The office staff is not very attentive and take forever to get back with you. There is virtually no follow through. Recently, we have had two separate policies cancelled for "non payment" The first cancellation was due to getting a new credit card which prevented the payment from going through. We didn't receive any follow up phone calls about a missed payment or any late bills, we just received the cancellation notice. When we inquired with the staff they insisted that they did try to call us and notify us however there is no record of this. No one in the family received any phone calls, voice mails of messages.
