Bernadette is the BEST. She helped me through a tough time in my life when it was hard for me to get car insurance and she is just a fantastic person to work with. Rogge is very lucky to have her.

I agree with reviews. Bernadette is surely the best part of this place; she is the only one with any level of customer service. The issue is, when she's absent, the treatment you receive is miles from acceptable and questionable, to say the least, toward people of darker skin tones. I had an experience there with Rachel (dark haired older lady) and a person I believed to be named Amber (chubby & taller) that I will never forget. I came in to get a quote on renewing my insurance and neither of them could do that. Rachel asked me to leave in a rude, flippant, manner after mumbling "we don't do those on weekends," and after I mentioned how rude she was, She replied with "that's fine. you can leave." To my surprise, the other, Amber, proceeded to stand up and help escort me out. WITH HER HAN

Bernadette completely hooked me up with what I needed. This place is definitely my go to place for my insurance needs!!

One of the best parts of working with Rogge insurance is working with a family run agency. They are very competitive, and they offer all types of insurance! Being a younger guy, car insurance rates are often very high, but Doug Rogge made sure I got the best rate for my age bracket. They also set me up with insurance for my condo. It's much easier to go to one place and get everything covered, plus it's great knowing the Rogge family has my back. Thanks guys! ~ Cullen

Wonderful customer service every time I go in and I don't ever wait long. Enjoyable every time. I've been a customer for about 8 or more years and it's been this way always.
