I used Rogers-Wood for nearly 10 years to insure my vacant properties for real estate flip projects, and during that time I also referred a significant amount of business to them. A couple of months ago, a plumbing leak occurred in one of my flips, causing about $10,000 in damage. I filed a claim through Tapco (Rogers-Wood’s recommended carrier), but it was denied because plumbing leaks are excluded from their policies. When I told this to my agent at Rogers-Wood that I've worked with for the past 10 years, she was just as surprised as me. I definitely accept some responsibility for not catching that exclusion when I took out my first Tapco policy years ago, but what agency would recommend a carrier that excludes the #1 most common property damage claim in the country? Liars. Completely unprofessional Mother/daughter team. I was lied to no less than 4 times. I do not make a habit of name calling, but in this circumstance, I feel it necessary to warn the public about these nasty people and their SHADY OPERATIONS!

I've been a customer for about 12 years and have never had any issues. I'm satisfied!

0 Star option if possible. Very unproffesional, bad communication. Don't go to them for taxes EVER! That's a big mistake I've learned. Taken 1-2 months for my money to get sent out. Fishy business here.

I would look elsewhere. They are a insurance broker and not quick and responsive. Pretty much wasted my time.
