Roderick Price - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have no clue how the reviews are so positive, my experience with State Farm has been abysmal to say the least. My father purchase a life insurance policy around 20 years ago and after my parents divorced, I took over the payments around 2014. We let State Farm know via phone at that time and weren't made aware of beneficiary or policy owner changes I personally needed to request and make, I thought it was their job to inform me, the PAYING customer [very early 20s at the time]. Well I looked into it more as I got older/wiser and noticed on a renewal around 2022 that the owner AND beneficiary for the policy I was paying for was a person I no longer maintained contact with. I think this agency is a reasonable agency, but State Farm is a terrible insurance company. After getting a fair quote from them, I researched reviews online. I found that they had a F rating with the BBB and a number of reviews that suggested they do not pay claims well. I asked Roderick about this, and he convinced me that these were frivolous claims. Against my better judgment, I decided to move forward with them. After signing up, there were problems. They had included a discount in the quote they gave me that required monitoring the car which had not been disclosed. State Farm also wanted me to put a new roof on my house. They told me this after I moved my policy over to them. State Farm did not send an inspector to the house to inspect the roof but somehow claimed it was deterioratin

Outstanding team who gives "white glove" service. I've been a client for over 30 years. No question is too dumb. Roderick and his team care, are always very supportive, dependable, and resourceful! They have been known to go over and beyond and so much so that I was compelled to go by their office with a big thank you basket!

My son (Sean) and I (Venecia) just moved to Houston and was in need of Insurance. We called a lot of state farm agents in the Houston area and every one we called no one answered the phones, but then we dial Agent Roderick Price State Farm and that's when we meet by phone God sent Mrs. Lisa Brown, Office Manager. Mrs. Lisa went over and beyond helping Sean and myself to acquire the best insurance needed for us and she did!!! Every time we spoke with Mrs. Lisa she was always eager to help us with whatever we needed!!! Again even though we are new to the Houston area, we have made a friend for life with Lisa Brown at Agent Roderick Price State Farm Insurance Company and we both 110 percent recommend this State Farm Company!!!

Chris, I want to thank you for all of your help.  I have been with State Farm for over 50 years, and I have to say that you treated better than anyone else over the years, although they treated me well, but not as well as you did. So i am not sure if Mr. Price will see this but I hope that you share it with him.  Again, thank you.
