I would ideally give 0 stars. Went to pay my bill and discovered they had canceled us because my son was a certain age and not on our insurance. My son doesn't drive. But, they made an assumption and did not contact us. Disgusting to not speak to us and inform us. If I wasn't going to pay my bill, wouldn't have known no coverage. It's not that hard to do a DMV license check.

I own a small business, and we have been using Rod Mabe and his team for ten years, for our commercial auto insurance. Our experience has been excellent. The team is very friendly. Over the years, we have had our share of claim related issues. There has never been an issue that Rod and his team couldn't handle. Like the commercials say, with Rod as your agent, "State Farm is There"!

Rod & his staff are amazing. The have always treated my family like we are VIP'S. The attention to detail is amazing. His staff gives you honest advice for you & your family. Hard to find these days.

By far the most condescending and rude office I have ever come in contact with. The woman I spoke with (Danielle?) makes derogatory comments and laughs them off as if nothing , while lacking insight and expertise. Extremely unhelpful and painful to work with - I would rather have zero coverage then ever have to call this office again.
