Terrible customer service. I bought a new car last year and was booted from my policy I didnt even get a chance to transfer my funds. Ive been with gieco for a year and there customer service is night and day. They are way more flexible.

This agency CANCELED my policy without my authorization and without even contacting me after the fact. I drove for almost a week before noticing. Every attempt to contact this office is met with being immediately sent to voice mail or redirected to HQ - he does not respond to voice mails when left. Worst experience with an insurance agent and company I've ever had. If you're reading reviews looking for a new insurance company, do yourself a favor and keep looking - this ain't the one!

Just recently I have not been pleased at all with the customer service. We were working with Lisa as our agent and she would always get back with us when I had questions regarding my bill. Just recently in May, I had called and left a message about our bill increases and got no call back or reply other than a generic email that didn't pertain to my question at all. It's now 3 months later and I still have yet to hear a word. I don't feel valued as a customer and am looking into switching in the near future if this continues. I switched to this company because of the wonderful support and savings that Lisa had helped us with and now that she is no longer there, I can't get anyone to answer my questions I guess.
