Well I know we have been with u guys for along time. Yall wanted a review on my decrease in my premium. Well sorry if I dont get to excited over a $5.75 decrease. If yall would have put a zero after that first 5 I might have gotten a little exited but it is what it is. The lady's in your office have always been very nice and courteous.

I have been very impressed with the excellent service I receive with State Farm and their Representatives. Especially Kathy had really been very helpful every time I have had any issue or need help with anything she has gone over and above to assist me. She has always been warm and welcoming when I call and has such a nice friendly voice on the phone. I want to thank State Farm for helping me with my Insurance and being so friendly and going above and beyond to make things easy for me to the point I don't even have to leave home to take care of my insurance business.

We moved from Florida to Georgia and had to get our insurance switched. Kathy was so helpful, knowledgeable and courteous through the whole process. With all the moving parts involved in a move, we were grateful for making something easy!! Thank you!!
