If I could rate this experience at half a star or none, I would. Despite multiple emails and calls, including a personal voicemail message to Ms. Robin Turman, we have received no response regarding an improper homeowners insurance charge. We are owed a refund and have been ignored. For comparison, USAA corrected a similar error immediately upon contact.We expect immediate refund and written confirmation.

From the moment I started my policy, they have been nothing but helpful, professional, and genuinely caring. Every time I have a question, they take the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I fully understand my coverage and options. What truly sets this agency apart is the way they make me feel. Their team is always available, whether it’s for a quick question or a more detailed discussion about my policy. Knowing that I have a reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly insurance provider gives me an incredible sense of security. The Customer Service is outstanding. Following Hurricane Helene, we were able to submit a damage claim in only 3 days, received payment within in 8 days, and had cleanup / repairs done in less than 2 weeks. We had a comprehensive insurance review that confirmed the need for an umbrella major liability policy and higher limits on vehicle policies. After making a comparison between other insurance companies and State Farm insurance rates, there was no need to change insurance carriers.

This office constantly contacts me about a quote (that I never requested) despite me telling them that I have no interest in State Farm insurance and that they should stop contacting me. If you’re shopping for insurance, you should probably look elsewhere

I met Ms Turman and her staff during the hurricane disaster in the Augusta area and its environs. I’ve had the privilege of working with her to aid her clients through this crisis. After witnessing the hands on approach she has , the compassion and empathy for her clients and neighbors, I decided to get my vehicles and all my insurance needs through State Farm and Robin Turman. Since these events I’m able to call her “ friend “ and rely on her for support and assistance/advice in insurance needs and outside of that , as well. Not only her, but several of her staff also.
