Robin Poirier: Allstate Insurance

I've been with Allstate and Robin's agency for many years now and they have always taken good care of me. The staff is personable and a pleasure to deal with since they are always availabe through phone or email. I really appreciate the fact that they make you feel like a valued customer not just another claim number. I will continue to do business with Allstate for many years to come.

Allstate has horrible customer service!! I would never use this insurance company again. Please stay away!! Allstate Insurance is not willing to pay out your claim when you submit a valid estimate regarding repairs. Customer service with Allstate is lazy and incompetent. The Allstate agent Robin Poirier at this location is never available, lacks customer service skills and unwilling to close open claims. He is never in his office. His secretary does all the work!! I had to take Allstate to court to get my claim resolved.

Robin and his team have met all our needs. Whether it’s updating car insurance, renewing policies or just answering questions, they are a pleasure to work with. They know our history and always looking out for us value and coverage wise. I never feel as if I am a bother.

We have used Robin Poitiers Allstate Insurance company for many years and found them to be extremely helpful and professional. I would recommend them highly.
