I am the spouse of Calvin Berry, writing this review with Mr Berry dictating verbally what to say due to Mr Berry being unable to read/write. Mr Berry started with this agency 2014 SR22 and 2017 FR44. Mr Berry has been paying on time a premium that has been continuous to this year 2023. Mr Berry had no idea both SR22 and FR44 had ended 2020 and had continued to pay premiums. Mr Berry's spouse inquired as to how long was he to pay in which he said he didn't know. Further investigating through DMV noted that his obligation ended in 2020 in which this insurance agency was notified. Mr Berry was told that there was nothing they could do and no refund would be issued because he should have kept up with it himself. Mr Berry had been told approx 4yrs ago to go to DMV and get paperwork that would
