Roberto and his team have been great to work with. They’re professional, responsive, and have helped me with both car and home insurance. I’ve been happy with their service.

Roberto Martinez is the absolute worst agent. I was reassigned to him and was glad to know my previous agents assistant, Cindy, was working for Roberto Martinez at the time of her reaching out to review my policies. I recently found out he asked her to leave in a VERY unprofessional manner. Ive canceled my policies with him, we never once spoke. And he has another assistant by the name of Gary or Greg who never has the answers to anything. COUNTRY is a great company, but this agent isn’t great at all.

Im choosing to hide my actual identity to prevent harassment from this agent. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I had a home and auto policies with Roberto Martinez but canceled due to financial reasons. He later called and confronted me about my decision in an unprofessional and emotional manner. Be cautious if you choose him as your agent.
