I was a customer for 20+ years and had all good experiences until now. Apparently Emily changed my address for no reason and without authorization. The result... we didn't receive any renewals from Erie Insurance. (You would think Erie would call, text, or email as it is 2026) Erie only sent renewals by snail-mail. The bill never got paid. Our registrations all were suspended, and nobody knew until the collection agency called. Emily was busy on a cruise and could not help me figure it out nor had any recollection of when or why she changed it. A woman from Erie tried to help for hours but underwriting did not want to. Guess who gets to pay the fines.... now we have Geico, I canceled my homeowners policy also and refuse to let Nock Insurance ever make another dollar off of me.

Their Insurance knowledge and their ability to find the best fit for your hard earned Insurance dollar makes the decision to contact this agency when shopping for Insurance very easy . DO NIT RECOMMEND! I wish I could give this company zero stars terrible customer service the owners daughter is in charge of the company and she’s never in the office and when she is she will tell the secretary to lie and say she’s in a meeting or at lunch then she all of a sudden has left early. I switched insurance recently and called to cancel current policy and signed papers and Emily never sent them over to have my policy canceled as she stated and I was charged for a policy that was supposed to be canceled a month ago.

Nock insurance got an insurance plan for my car relatively quickly. However, I encountered some issues with my coverage. (The issues were not because of Nock Insurance.) I tried to write them repeatedly and they did not respond to my messages. After being ignored by Nock Ins, I'll take my business elsewhere.
