The team at Robert Shimabuku’s office, especially Jayci, are AMAZING. I was originally an Allstate customer when I was living on Oahu. When I moved to Kurtistown, my rate doubled! I originally tried to work with the Allstate team to see if anything could be done, maybe bundle with renter’s insurance or if there any potential discounts with my driving record. The Allstate team literally told me to find a new insurance company and laughed. Well, the jokes on them. I ended up switching to State Farm and the experience has been infinitely better.
