Terrible experience. This has to be the worst agency in the Midlands. Could not get anyone to answer my calls or call me back. When I finally did they were rude but I needed the policy so I went with them. Afterwards the price was way higher than it should have been and the coverage wasn't even what I said it needed to be. Canceled the policy and will never ever use them again for anything.

I’ve had my home and auto w Robert for years. In the last 18 months, he proactively reached out to shop for better rates with providers, saving me thousands of dollars. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend the Robert Rice Agency. Robert and Lynn have been instrumental in making sure our insurance needs are met. Our homeowners policy and auto policy are great prices which makes things even sweeter. They have always responded to my emails within one hour or less. They will communicate with me in the evenings and on weekends. Their hands on approach and urgency to meet my needs is greatly appreciated. I have not been able to find this with any other insurance agent I have worked with in South Carolina.

Robert Rice Agency in Lexington SC Insures my Jet Skis and Jet Boat. Had done a great job with customer service and I even have his cell just in case an emergency should arise. Robert Rice even worked out a bundle policy for life, home and my cars. My savings were good but you buy insurance for peace of mind, I knew Robert would be there personally vs calling some company out of Texas or New York to solve my issue, should i need it. Robert Rice Agency is located in Lexington SC and Represents the Lake Murray area, Lexington, Chapin, along with greater Columbia. Thanks, I now feel I have a great Agent who will look out for me and my family -

Helen has been a nightmare to deal with. She does not return calls and does not listen ! She set us up with an insurance company that does not allow pools or trampolines when we have both! So our insurance company was going to drop us. Called her about the issue and she sent us a new quote for another company that again excluded our trampoline and pool! After a week of back and forth we found a new agent and left Robert rice. I do not recommend this agency.
