Robert is amazing. but Since these ladies started working there, there is always issues with the paperwork, it takes very long and they have nasty attitudes. Go somewhere else. You’ll end wasting your time here.

I went in to transfer plates from my old car to my new car and was given new plates and registration instead, despite specifying that to both Rob and whoever the woman working behind the counter is. I even marked “transfer plates” on the registration application with my old plate # and my insurance card specified replacement vehicle. Rob cut me off mid sentence to answer the office phone and walked away for a few minutes. Good luck getting a word in. They’re definitely a bit overwhelmed and try to rush you in and out. I guess the upside is that its convenient and their fees aren’t crazy.

Great place to get DMV paperwork done. The beautiful thing is don't need to deal with DMV and stand in lines;)

My car dealership has been using the service of Robert Pehnke for over 10 years they staff has always been able to Process my d m v paperwork for all my customers in a speedy fashion, My average weight in time was never more than ten minutes, The staff was always able to recognize any mistakes and correct and correct any of my paperwork,, The office has also been able to help many of my customers get car insurance for the vehicles as well as home owners insurance, They were always able to be more than competitive with the current insurance rates, I highly recommend their services. Because they are very good at what they do.

The spanish lady can be very rude at times, however they get the job done faster than the dmv. and more affordable than other DMV expresses. Robert should hire new employees that have good customer service, because he and his father are very nice, and dont deserve the bad reviews because of the rude lady.
