Robert Long - State Farm Insurance Agent

They are consistently extremely poor at answering the phone or following up. They have also misled me on multiple occasions, leading to changes to my policies which ended up costing me substantially. State Farm proper has been fine but this agent is a terrible representation. Time to move on and find a different agent. If you want someone to actually answer the phone and treat you like somewhat of a priority rather than an inconvenience, I recommend looking elsewhere. There are other State Farm agents in the area with glowing reviews, pick one of them over this office....

I called them this morning to get insurance verification waited on hold for 14 minutes for someone to answer and immediately hang up. If that’s your idea of customer service that’s a joke and we will be switching. Also they say to leave a voicemail with your phone number, well I called them previously left my name and number and I never got a call back. If you’re a in person only location maybe you shouldn’t have a phone number on your website at all.

Have always left feeling well served. I don't remember everyones name, but they know when I show up something is getting traded again. A call is quick and easy, but as I'm a character, I have some odd things to insure. I would hate to try to find any other service provider, with such can do appeal and attitude. In over 25 years, don't know that I have ever seen Robert. Never have I felt like I needed to ask the "HEAD WHEEL" for help.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Jamie is awesome! I can’t say enough about her. Jamie set me up with my insurance policies and has always been there to answer every question I have along the way. I was going through a very traumatic situation when I first set up my account and Jamie took care of all the little things so I didn’t have to worry. Recently, Jamie helped me purchase home owners insurance when I bought my first home. Best service in the area!!!
