This office is absolutely the best . All involved are professional but treat you like your the only customer they have . I lost my wife not long ago. This office reached out to me on a personal level . Love and care was above business. They have been great through my transition to a single household , driver client. I have been catered to in a way that can only be described as family . Best people around for your needs Totally truthful. These people are there for me and will be for you also . Rob and his team always answer my questions. They are very kind. I am happy having All-State for my insurance coverage. I researched many insurance companies. The respect and patience Rob and his team showed me was a major deciding factor. To this day, their respect and patience has never changed. They care about their customers.

I spoke with Sandy today (5-25-2023) and she was so patient and helpful to understand the changes in my insurance. She even reviewed my account to make sure I was getting the most discounted rates for the coverage I wanted. She was very understanding and provided a wonderful customer experience! She absolutely deserves a raise for her professionalism and helpfulness!

If I could give 0 I would. Absolutely awful. I added a car to my policy called 3 months later to update my account info, they changed my due date and that added $130 to my payment. They stated it was their error but could not do anything to fix it amd told me they could take me off autopay and I could find another insurance provider. My kids have to go without because I have to pull the money from somewhere. Thanks for ruining Halloween and my kids birthdays. I have to use the money I put aside for costumes and a birthday party now has to go to Allstate.

Robert is great but the company itself I have the following issues with: I have had positive experiences with this agency. I do have issues with the Drive-Wise product because when I moved from Virginia to West Virginia the bonus dropped from $132.00 per 6 months to $52.00 and from 6 months to whenever you get around to it. Not very professional. Since I don't drive as much as I use to due to Covid-19 we received a discount on payments for 3 months only. It appears to be a more sustained activity that I don't drive my vehicle much anymore the insurance premiums should be greatly reduced as there is no chance of having an accident now that driving has been severely reduced. I went from driving everyday to driving maybe once a month. I don't want to reduce my coverage because I don't
