Robert LaFleur: Allstate Insurance

I called All-state customer service to obtain a quote. They informed me their policy is to have potential customers contact local agents. Normally, I would not do that but I figured I'd give it a shot. I called and the agency. I spoke to an agent who then asked me to email him my request. Why couldn't we just do it over the phone? If the agent did not have time to help me while speaking with me, he shouldn't have picked up the phone. I'm glad I went with another insurance company that let me obtain a quote within minutes.

My agent, Robert LaFleur, kept pestering my with Emails for at least for years. Then, this year, my insurance doubled! At the same time, I received another one of his Emails. This time, I took the bait and have been completely satisfied with my change. I saved by discontinuing my AAA for roadside assistance. Allstate's was actually better! I also saved by getting insurance that was the same price that I had been paying. I really like the Allstate app. It tracked my driving for a month and I even got another discount! I should have switched years ago.
